DESCRIPTION:Hi Friends!\n\n \n\nI would like to invite you to join Citizens Against Sex Trafficking (C.A.S.T.) for our 1st Annual Golf Fundraiser on Thursday\, June 9th at Oak Marsh Golf Course in Oakdale. Cost is $125 per player. This will be a fantastic day of fun in the sun\, fellowship\, prizes\, and friendly competition while raising funds to prevent human trafficking and sexual exploitation in our community. \n\n\n\nRegister to Golf HERE\n\n\n\nEvent Includes\n\n- 18 Holes of Shotgun Golf\n\n- Dinner\n\n- Raffle Drawings\n\n- Chances to Win Prizes\n\n \n\nEvent Schedule\n\n- 9:30am - Registration Opens (Range will be open for warmups)\n\n- 11:30am - Shotgun Start\n\n- 5:00pm - Happy Hour\n\n- 5:30pm - Dinner Banquet\n\n \n\nWhy Do We Need Human Trafficking Prevention in the Twin Cities?\n\n- In the 2019 MN Student Health Survey\, over 5\,000 high school students in MN shared they had been sexually exploited\n\n \n\n- The FBI identified the Twin Cities as one of the 13 locations in the US with exceptionally high rates of child sex trafficking \n\n \n\n- In the Twin Cities\, the average age of entry into the comericial sex industry is 13\n\n \n\n- Cases of sex trafficking have been reported in every county in MN\n\n \n\nAccording to the Office of Homeland Security\,\n\nIn Minnesota\, every $1 spent in anti-trafficking prevention \n\nsaves $34 in trafficking restoration and victim services\n\n \n\nC.A.S.T.'s mission is to empower our community to end sexual exploitation. This is done through prevention in the forms of education\, awareness\, and collaboration. Last year\, C.A.S.T. reached nearly 3\,400 community members with information about human trafficking and the tools to prevent exploitation from happening in our community.\n\n \n\nRegister to Golf HERE\n\n \n\nWe are also looking for sponsors for this fantastic event.
