Guest Speakers include Chris Eng from Washington County and Bob Streetar from the City of Oakdale.\n\n\n\nKeynote Presentation: \n\n"Financial Resources for Small Businesses" \n\n\n\nChris Eng\, Washington County\n\nChris Eng currently serves as the Director of Economic Development for the Washington County CDA.  He has over 28 years' experience in housing\, community and economic development with the State of MN\, regional and at the city and county levels.  Previously\, Chris served as the Director of Business & Economic Development for the City of Duluth\, Executive Director of the Duluth Economic Development Authority and as the Executive Director of the Chisago County HRA/EDA.  Chris has also served a Vice President of Public Finance with Northland Securities.  He is a certified economic development finance professional and belongs to many organizations that seek to promote and further economic development opportunities in Minnesota.\n\n\n\nBob Streetar\, City of Oakdale\n\nBob Streetar has been the Community Development Director for the City of Oakdale since 2007. The Community Development Department is responsible for the long range planning activities of the City\, zoning administration\, environmental services\, neighborhood and housing services\, and the City's economic development activities.
