DESCRIPTION:Join us for networking and lunch at our May General Meeting! \n\n\n\nOur Keynote Speaker is Richard Lett\, CEO of LeClair Group\, with a presentation on "Inspiring Leadership". \n\n\n\nRichard served with the United Kingdom's "Scotland Yard" for 30 years leading the protection of senior members of the British Royal Family and operations at major State and International Events\; highlights include the Weddings of Prince Charles & Camilla in 2005\, Prince William & Katherine in 2011\; the 200th Year Commemoration of the Battle of Trafalgar\; the Queen's Golden Jubilee Celebrations and VIP protection operations for the London Olympic Games.\n\n \n\nQueen Elizabeth II made Richard a Member of the Royal Victorian Order in 2013 for his loyal service to the UK and Royal Family. In 2013 Richard won the solo trans-Atlantic Yacht race in his 32-foot yacht called 'Pathways to Children'.  In 2019 Richard sailed from Newport RI\, via Bermuda and the Azores single-handed racing for the Gillette Children's Hospital.\n\n \n\nRichard met his wife Margaret in connection with the 2008 terrorist attack in Mumbai India and now lives in Minnesota where since 2014 he has been CEO of LeClair Group.  Richard is one the Board of Directors for Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters and is a member of the Financial Planners Association.  Richard brings a fresh perspective to risk management and is focused on leadership in growing LeClair Group.\n\n \n\nRichard is an Ambassador for the Gillette Children's Hospital\, a Member Advocate for the Minnesota Benefits Association (MBA)\, a non-profit representing the MN public sector and was a member of the 2018 Super Bowl Committee.
