Event Description: \;Join \;us \;as we host a warm-up event to officially kick off of the St. Paul Winter Carnival! \;Enjoy camaraderie\, a cup of hot cocoa\, and cookies beginning at 5:00 \;PM \;before we take our cups on the road and embark on \;the \;Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade \;to Rice Park at 6 PM!

\nThere will be a lighting ceremony and live music in Rice Park once the procession arrives. We are located on the street level of the 401 Securian Building\, 401 Robert Street North\, Suite 150\, bordered by Robert and Minnesota Streets. The parking ramp is entered on your right hand side of Minnesota Street\, between 6th Street and Seventh Place. \;

\nComing from the west: \;Take I-94 East to the Fifth Street Exit. You will exit into downtown Saint Paul. Stay on Fifth Street and take a left on Minnesota. The parking ramp located on the right hand side of the street.
Coming from the east: \;Take I-94 West to the Sixth Street Exit. (A left exit.) You will exit into downtown Saint Paul. Stay on Sixth Street and take a right on Minnesota Street. Turn right on Minnesota. The parking ramp located on the right hand side of the street.
